ere is a vintage wooden poker chip caddy.  It has a lazy susan rotating base with green velvet underneath.  It has a brass handle (shows a little aging) with hard (p)leather  cover.  It measures 8" W x 4 1/4 and holds 8 stacks of red, white & blue plastic chips.
