Vintage 3 Pc Small # 3 Brass Mortar and Pestle 3 1/4" Tall x 3" Across Top 1912

Almost 2 lbs. Would clean up nicely. Rare 3 piece. Something in german engraved with date 1912. Looks like Minne Frau Svergie 1912. Also some words in an oval shape to the left of #3 that I cannot make out on bottom.
