    Description

    This auction is for a Fr. 1291SP (CSA Watermark - Obverse Specimen - Narrow Margins - Sign.: Colby, Spinner) 25 Cents Third Issue Fractional Currency banknote. Graded by PCGS Banknote as Choice Unc 63. The holder is shopworn but the note is nice. Comments on the back of the holder "Minor Stains, Minor Damage, As-Made Paper Wrinkles" - pieces missing in several areas. Also has a many areas of staining and oddly cut edges. Please see the photos to judge the condition of the note.
