All items must be picked up within 90 days. After 90 days each items is charged a storage fee per day.
All storage fees must be paid in full before each item leaves.
When the storage fees reach the purchase price of each item, the item will be sold to recover storage fees.
There will be no refund to the buyer when the item is sold for storage fees.
All down payments are non-refundable.
