    This book is in good plus condition with signs of rubbing on the corners, top/bottom of the spine (see photos) and cover edges with cloth exposing boards (see photos). Tiny rips to top of spine (see photos).  The binding is tight without any loose, missing or cutout pages.  The text/photos/illustrations remains sharp and crisp.
    The gilt lettering on the front cover remains in very good condition.  No writing in this book. A few page edges with tiny rips.
