    Beautiful Wide Margin Third Issue Note on CSA Paper!  Looks Like a Much Higher Grade Example!
    Very attractive note on bright white paper.  There is a cutting guide line across the top of the note.  You can see a portion of a vertical cutting guide line at the top of the left margin.  This Specimen
    measures 98mm x 65mm attesting that it has not been cut down and is a f
    ully wide margin note.
    I have looked at this note with a 7x lens and can't see why this note graded an AU58...!!!
