    Up for sale is a tougher 25c Cent First Issue Postage/Fractional Note that is graded 40 Extremely Fine Exceptional Paper Quality by PMG and has some vertical folding and a lower left corner fold, but no pinholes, tears, or distracting marks.  This note is clean and crackling crisp, has good corners, exceptional original paper quality and body, and has very good ink color and great eye appeal.
    A nice, tougher first issue fractional priced to sell.
