    Description

    A FR. 1271 Fourth Issue - Fifteen Cents (15c) fractional.   Fourth Issue notes were released after the war between July 14, 1869 and February 16, 1875.  This is the variety with a small (38 mm) red seal and a blue front right end.
    This is a lightly circulated note with only a few light folds.  There are no pinholes or tears.
