    Description

    For sale is an ALMOST Uncirculated 5 Cent Washington FR 1233 Fractional Currency Note.  Upon examination I do see what looks like a "glue spot" on the back side upper center of the note.  This does not affect the note, but that's why I say "circulated" above.  There are surcharges on the back of " 18 and 63 " although the 18 is barely seen.  BUT to have a 63 it must have an 18.  Take a look at the scans and you decide if this note is for you.  You can buy this note for only .00 plus .00 to ship.  Thanks for looking.
