Antique Solid Brass MORTAR & PESTLE

Description

Here is an antique heavy solid brass mortar and pestle used for crushing or grinding ingredients, whether medicinal or for herbs. The mortar or bowl measures 4" high by 4-3/4" wide handle to handle, while the pestle or club measures 7-1/4" long. This mortar and pestle is quite heavy weighing almost 5 pounds unpacked.
