I see someone in Romania is selling a similar set and claiming it as mid-century. I think that is wrong I believe this is circa 1900. I saw a posting on a medical collectors site that said it was made about 1900 (exactly like this one). Mine is slightly different from his so maybe we are both right?
The condition is near mint, it looks like it could have been made yesterday. It is marked Germany on the bottom and has a 6 or 9 on the pestle. I don't know if you'll ever find a nicer one.
