    Description

    This is the fifth this year $.10 fractional note FR-1264, KL-3348. Green seal. This is the rarest variety of this note. The paper is a decent quality, we would probably call it the G. There are a couple pin holes. I don’t see other flaws other than wear.
    Postage is .50 for this item and $.50 for each additional item. I will except returns if you believe it was not as advertised. I try to point out flaws and take good pictures to avoid misunderstandings. I have been on eBay for over 21 years and always had 100% positive feedback.
